#21 - COVID = Insomnia ?

We’ve been treating people with insomnia for 18 years.

That includes those who went from regular working weeks to retirement.

As well as teenagers who have trouble going to school, leaving the house - even leaving their bedrooms.

And because of the wealth of experience we’ve had from helping such people, we’re hypothesising that there are certain insomnia symptoms that have - or will - develop in alot of people.

So we’ve developed a 2-Part Video Series.

Part 1 - titled “COVID + Insomnia: How Insomnia Occurs” - explains how Insomnia can develop from stressful situations.

Part 2 - titled “COVID + Insomnia: The Solutions” - provides a host of sleep techniques and tips to match each cause of Insomnia that can arise from the COVID-19 experience.
