Sleep has been our bread and butter - it’s all we’ve done - since 2001.
Whether it’s adults experiencing insomnia - teens falling asleep late and hard to wake on school mornings - or school kids needing their parents nearby to sleep - or young kids or babies that haven’t yet learned the skills to sleep well - we’ve helped them all.
And we’ve got the results to show what we do works.
We’ve not only evaluated our sleep therapies, we invented some of them.
Depending on the sleep problem, we teach cognitive and behavioural skills, how to use light and melatonin, as well as applying a host of little techniques derived from the massive body of sleep research literature.
