Professor Gradisar is a Clinical Psychologist specialising in the treatment of teen sleep problems for 20 years.
As a Sleep Researcher, he has published over 130 scientific studies, reports, book chapters and books - all about sleep - including light therapy, circadian rhythms and insomnia in adults and school kids.
In his previous role as a Lecturer, he’s trained clinical psychologists and health professionals for over 19 years. He knows how to transfer knowledge to skills - and how to make classes fun!
