Fatigue is one of the main reasons people with insomnia seek treatment.

The Flinders Fatigue Scale - Bundle - contains:

• The Flinders Fatigue Scale - English version (unlimited use permitted*)

• Administration and Scoring Instructions

• Translated versions of the FFS (Dutch, French, Hebrew, Japanese, Norwegian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish)

• Clinical cut-off scores for adults in the general population, patients with insomnia disorder, patients with obstructive sleep apnea, patients with chronic fatigue syndrome, and adolescents in the general school community.

• An interactive database of the 85 scientific studies citing and/or using the FFS, which can be searched for key terms (eg, insomnia), and embedded links to some downloadable full texts.

Note that the FFS is valid for individuals aged 13 years and older. Our research has shown that children have difficulty understanding the concept of fatigue.
