We have developed a novel treatment for anxious school kids who rely on their parents to fall asleep at night - called CBT for Insomnia.

It’s a combination of techniques to help them feel more sleepy at night, skills to think differently about nighttime fears, and skills to sleep independently.

Treatment usually takes 6-to-8 weeks, each week, with each session lasting up to an hour.

We teach parents a range of sleep techniques, backed by our own scientific research.
